 Supreme Court Judgment on Alternative Medicine

The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has upheld the legitimacy of alternative medical practitioners, ensuring their right to practice without harassment. The landmark case SLP (Civil) No. 11262/2000, decided on 24/11/2000, dismissed the plea by the Delhi Government & Union of India, affirming the earlier decision of the Delhi High Court (FAO 205/92).
